Put down the chocolate because for Waxcast lucky number 13 we welcome Luke Bestrom to Bare Bones Wax. Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, Luke started his career in music as a major supporter and listener. With most of the early influences coming from the church, there was an early interest in rhythm and melody.
Fast forward to recent years, Luke has started focusing his efforts in showcasing and sharing music that stands out from the status quo. With tastes spanning across the musical spectrum, his notoriety was garnered through not only his relentless support of artists, but also through his musical taste. With a heavy influence on the management and direction of his part-owned radio station, The Underground Sessions, Luke has found a niche in the music industry behind the scenes. Not known by everyone, just the right ones.
