For waxcast number 21 we welcome Valencia based DJ and label owner, Camiel Daamen. Camiel’s latest release titled “Quintaesencia EP” has just dropped on our very own vinyl only label, Bare Bones Wax. So, we thought there wouldn’t be anyone better to ask for our next instalment in the series. Known for both his live and dj-sets, his mixing shows versatility, and is often heavy on the groove with lots of percussive and jazzy elements along the way. Camiel has releases on many other labels such as In-House, Viva Music and Origins. Recently Camiel started his own imprint called Freeborn Recordings and it is flying with some great tracks and artists signed.
